Anti-PR3
Anti-PR3 is an immunoassay for the in vitro determination of IgG autoantibodies against proteinase 3 (PR3) in human serum or plasma samples.
The test is intended to aid in the diagnosis of systemic inflammatory ANCA (antineutrophil cytoplasmic autoantibodies) associated small vessel vasculitis, especially granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) in conjunction with other laboratory and clinical findings.
